Sewing at the Source of Fabric with Franconian Flair and Technical Highlights
On a hot weekend in June 2024, our cozy event hall and company premises transformed into a true paradise for sewing enthusiasts and fabric lovers.
The unique sewing weekend with nähPark Diermeier attracted numerous participants who looked forward to creative inspiration, brand-new high-tech sewing machines, offline shopping for sustainable and high-quality fabrics, and genuine Franconian hospitality.

Therefore, there will be a reunion with nähPARK, and our successful "Rattling & Chattering" event will go into the next round from July 9-11, 2027!

A Franconian All-Round Pampering Program
This unique event offers the almost 100 participants far more than just the opportunity to pursue their favorite hobby, sewing. Amidst our well-known warm Franconian atmosphere, the 20 "Rattlers" could fully concentrate on sewing throughout the weekend, while on Saturday, many interested hobby sewers joined them, using their daily "Chatter" ticket to exchange ideas with many like-minded sewing enthusiasts.

Technical Service from nähPark as a Highlight
A special highlight of the weekend was the exclusive technical service from the renowned nähPark. All participants had the unique opportunity to try out state-of-the-art and high-quality sewing machines, overlockers, as well as cover and embroidery machines.

Expert Knowledge First-Hand
On-site were Petra, who knows every sewing machine at nähPark Diermeier down to the smallest detail, and Tanja, the familiar face from the professional @naehratgeber. The two sewing experts were available from Friday to Sunday to introduce the latest sewing and embroidery machines to the sewing-affine participants. They also gave numerous tips and tricks around sewing and showed how to operate and maintain the devices optimally.
Diverse Experiences
The event offered participants a variety of experiences:
  • State-of-the-art high-tech machines: The latest models of sewing machines, overlockers, cover/embroidery machines could be tested and their versatile functions discovered.
  • Professional guidance: Petra and Tanja shared their extensive knowledge and provided advice and assistance.
  • Company presentation and weaving mill tour: All participants could experience first-hand how our high-quality 'Made in Germany' fabrics are created.
  • Sewing community and exchange: Sewing fans had the opportunity to meet like-minded people, exchange ideas about the most beautiful hobby in the world, and inspire each other. Even the European Championship made us creative this weekend, and Sigrid fashioned the German flag into a necklace!
This magnificent sewing weekend in Ort near Helmbrechts offered a perfect opportunity for shared sewing exchange in a relaxed and inspiring environment. Experienced sewing professionals as well as beginners could let their creativity run wild!
We and nähPark were a top team, found the idea and the event around sewing and the right fabric great, and definitely want to do it again!
Now it's time for a repeat date - from July 9-11, 2027, we will "Rattle & Chatter" again, and of course, we will inform you about ticket sales in good time.
With this successful sewing weekend, we have once again shown that the Zuleeg weaving mill, fabric manufacturer, and fabric dealer in the small idyllic town is now an important meeting point for sewing enthusiasts. Participants from near and far are already looking forward to two more sewing events this year, which will once again combine creativity, high-quality fabrics for sewing, and Franconian hospitality. And the many delicious homemade cakes at this overwhelming sewing get-together also deserve a photo! 🍰
We are looking forward to the repeat, to the girls Petra and Tanja from nähPARK, and we are looking forward to seeing you! It will be another exhilarating sewing festival!
